We offer a one-year free replacement warranty on all of our cleaning tools, and we cover the shipping fees for both returning a defective tool and sending a replacement. We also offer a hassle-free return policy and will cover the return shipping fees.

What is covered under the warranty for your cleaning tools?
Our warranty covers any damage or malfunction of our cleaning tools within one year of purchase, and we will replace the tool free of charge and cover the shipping fees for both returning the defective tool and sending the replacement. However, damages caused by misuse or improper handling of the tool are not covered under the warranty.
What do I do if I need to make a warranty claim for my cleaning tools?
To make a warranty claim for our cleaning tools, provide your purchase receipt and a picture of the damaged item. We will assess the issue and provide instructions on how to proceed. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free experience and ensure customer satisfaction.

Orders and Shipping FAQ
How long does it take for my order of cleaning tools to ship?
We typically ship cleaning tool orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Please note, however, that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Do you offer expedited shipping options for cleaning tools?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping options for cleaning tools. However, please note that additional charges may apply for expedited shipping. The cost of expedited shipping will depend on your location. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us.
What is the cost of shipping for cleaning tools?
We charge a flat rate of $8 per order for standard shipping on cleaning tools. However, we offer free shipping on orders over $79. If you require express shipping, we offer this option starting at $12, and free express shipping is available on orders over $79.
Can I track my cleaning tools order once it has shipped?
Yes, we provide a tracking number for all cleaning tool orders once they have been shipped. We will send you an email with the tracking number, which you can use to track your package's delivery status.
Returns, Exchanges, and Warranties FAQ
What is your company's return policy for cleaning tools?
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase together with proof of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition in original packaging. Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased via our online store.
Before you return the item, please contact us via service@yocada.com.au, and we will provide with return address. Please do not send items back without first contacting us – no returns will be accepted without a prior notice to us.
It is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method for all returned items.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting it.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). We do not keep your credit card information on file, and will call you to obtain the appropriate information should we decide to issue a credit.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Where items are returned due to faults we will of course issue a full refund for the purchase, including any original postage fees paid. This will be determined after we have inspected the product.
For ‘change of mind’ returns the value of the refund will be to the value of the product only (Outbound postage fee is included).
